The heater in my 2006 Grand Prix isn't working and someone suggested that I may be low on antifreeze and that that could be the reason I don't have heat. I tried to remove the radiator cap, but I can't get it off -- can anyone advise me on how to remove it? Also, I read the directions on the anti-freeze (it's not the kind that you add water to) and it said that I should empty out the antifreeze that's in there now and flush it with water...do I really have to do that, or can I just refill it and have it work just as well? Thanks for any help.
