How do you remove the blue box titled TV on the wallpaper of a Samsung Preston?

I have looked EVERYWHERE on the phone..!?!? There is just a blue box that you can move around that says TV at the top and below it 4 smaller icons that are marked TV, Foxtel, Movies and Live Events each with a little picture. When you click on the box it opens up to a web page...
