The best way would be to sand blast it off. Contact a company that does sand blasting and ask them for an estimate. Be sure they will prep the job thoroughly to make sure windows, trim , etc....our protected and make sure they will completely clean up when through. The other way would be with chemicals and that is a toxic mess. Good luck! Hope to help.
