how do you remove ignition key cyclinder from a 1995 honda civic?

how do you remove ignition key cyclinder from a 1995 honda civic. I replaced the steering column with a used one, now the new key does not work freely it sticks and i have to keep moving the steering wheel until it catches. The old key and cyclinder works great, I want to put the old cyclinder in the the new column.
