How do you remove a factory stereo from a 1998 Chevy Malibu?

I just bought a 1998 Chevy Malibu and am putting in a new stereo. How do I remove the factory stereo? Also, if anyone can provide instructions for installing the new stereo it would be much appreciated. This is the new stereo.
