How do you remap mouse buttons 4 and 5 on a Microsoft Wireless Mouse 5k?

I have a Microsoft Wireless Mouse 5000 with 5 buttons. Currently mouse button 4 is assigned to 'back' in web browsers, and button 5 is assigned to go 'foward'. Is there any way to remap this? I'm trying to set it up so that they do nothing because I have mouse button 4 mapped as my push-to-talk key on Ventrilo.
