How do you redeem Fido Dollars?

How do you reedeem your Fido Dollars?, I am a prepaid service costumer and i would like to use the Fido dollars to get more airtime, but it says on Fido.ca that i should call, and so i did, but all it told me was what it is, and when i try to do it from the internet it won't work either, it keeps bringing me back to the same page help?
