How do you record your voice on the HTC PRO?

I have the Sprint HTC Pro.
& I want to change my ringtone when someone calls,
like when they call, it wont play music, but when they call ME, i can hear the music,
&& I can't buy ringtones, so I want to record one.
Can Anyone Help ?
