I just got the phone and feel really stupid. I can send a text, but I can't figure out how to read the ones I receive. When I select message and it tells me I have a text, I press the center button and a white screen comes on and just says "refreshed." This is not the new model. It is copper. I have tried looking in the manual and online, but I still can't understand how to do it. Thanks for any help.
