Hi, I had the same question a week ago - indeed no one is really sure how to pronounce it anyway (GOR ENN YEE if the companies answer phone is correct) and hardly a household name.. But now, the Slovenian company is making a sales push of their own here with a wide range of white products from cookers to laundry with refrigeration in between. The price range is extensive too, from bottom end washing machines to a top rated high performer so it depends what you need... I love the retro designs - they beat SMEG in durability (research and find out!). Which version do you want to buy? Gorenje is an overall great brand
