How do you put your own downloaded movies onto the Sony Ericsson U10i Aino?

When I had the w995 I got the settings from somewhere to use on SUPER to convert it for the w995 but whats the settings for the U10i Aino or which other way(s) can I use to put my own movies onto the U10i Aino?

Well the movies im talking about are full movies not from youtube but that should still work
