I am trying to put music albums onto my phone but every time I open up the album in the hope that it will show the singles within that album, they just disappear. Therefore all I seem to be able to upload is individual singles. The software is Sony Ericsson Media Manager. I have also tried Sony Ericsson PC Suite, which put the files onto my phone, but when I went to play them it just said "failed".
