How do you put music on T mobile TAP?

I downloaded the PC Suite thing when I plugged in the USB or charger into my laptop. How do I use PC Suite because I can get files from my computer but it won't let me send it to my phone the transfer arrows and the phone side is grey and I cant write where to send it to on my phone
