How do you put music on an AT&T sony ericsson?

I want to know if you can use itunes music and put on an ericsson. If not, how?

I don't believe you can use Itunes, as it's not an apple device.
You can use Itunes to put tags on the music, like by albums and such, but then to put it on the phone you plug it in, choose file transfer, then copy the actual files into the phones music folder.
Since you probably have it tagged by album/artist in Itunes, those tags will transfer over to your phone.
