J Jason New member Jan 21, 2011 #1 I installed the correct software, connected with a usb cable, AND put the Mass Storage Mode on and yet, it says the Mass Storage Mode is OFF, so I can't sync. I've been working on this all day and I'm getting a bit perturbed. I NEED HELP!!!
