How do you put media files on a flashed verizon bberry storm?

I bought a bberry storm and flashed it to cricket and when i try to put media files on it with the disk it came with it does transfer it to the phone but when i try to play it ..it read.. Unable to play content ...somebody please help me,,id appreciate it :)
 
To put media files on your Storm you can use the included Roxio Media Manager or you can set your Storm to mass storage mode and manually place the media files in their corresponding directories (i.e. music, pictures, videos, etc.)

Also, when you plug in the Storm it will show up as an external/removable drive under XP, Vista, and Windows 7 so it shouldn't be a problem finding it under My Computer in Explorer.
