how do you put hid lights on a dodge stratus 04.?

No you don't. Just lift up your hood and you should see the sockets in which your bulbs go in. If you're buying HIDs, make sure you get the right bulbs for your car. Like my car would use H3, for example. HIDs are easy, 5 minute procedure, plug and play. Zip tie the HID harness somewhere on the car so it doesn't move around as much when you're in motion.
 
i have a 04 dodge stratus and how do i put the hid bulbs even regular lights in there. do i need to take off the bumper or what.
