How do you put different parts of a song in an iphone ringtone?

i need help!! So i discovered how to convert mp3s in an iphone ringtone, BUT a ringtone can only be 30 seconds long. Now there is this song i like but i woud like to have two parts of it in my ringtone. For instance from 0:00 to 0:15 and 0:30 to 0:45
How can i make this possible please!
