How do you put an image behind an ad (google) using HTML?

I would like to know in case my ad is blocked, so the page wont be an awkward length. If anyone has an idea on what I need to do, I am moderately able to use HTML, I taught myself all of what I would need to know. If anyone has any idea, please feel free to let me know. Thanks! Oh and P.S. the ad is a 125 x 125 image&text ad.
