how do you put a security lock on a lg xenon?

i dont want people getting into my phone without permission and i want to put a password on it so that no one can change anything
 
Its difficult I know....

-From the standby screen, tap the menu icon.
-Tap the settings icon.
-Tap Phone.
-Tap Security.
-Tap PIN Code Request, On or Off.
**NOTE: When this setting is active, the device will ask for the PIN Code when the phone is powered on
-Enter the current PIN Code, then tap OK.


(NOTE: The default PIN is 1111.)
