How do you pull off a head on a 1988 Ford Bronco?

While my husband was changing out the spark plugs in our Bronco, one of them broke in 3 different places, meaning half of the spark plug is still inside of the head, and he is unable to get it out. He's going to have to pull the head to get the spark plug out.

Does anyone have any idea how to pull off a head on a 1988 Ford Bronco with a 351 Winsar V8 4-speed?

The one that's stuck is far back by the passenger side.
The metal nut broke off too, so just the thread and the bottom half is still stuck in the head
Is there a video I can look at that shows me how to take the head off?

I hope your husband had the good sense to use a Bosch Fusion or Nippondenso TT plug. These produce more power and gas mileage. They don't break as easily, either. Keep spraying the area with PB Blaster, and use a magnet to retrieve the pieces. Also, use pressurized air to blow out the broken ceramic. Turn the engine by hand until that cylinder is at top, dead, center. This will prevent damage. Good Luck!!

Personally before pulling the head I would spray a ton of WD40 into that hole and let it sit for a few hours, even if he did break a plug then the metal nut and thread part should still be intact, make sure your using the correct size of socket and that it's placed all the way onto the plug and try to remove it again, it may take a bit of effort but it's a lot easier and faster than pulling a head.

Pulling the head on any vehicle is easy enough but it takes time to do it properly.

Ok, if the nut is broken off then I would go and get a service manual, Chiltons or Haynes, your local library may have them as well, it will be easier than someone on here telling you all the steps to take to pull the head off and reinstall it.

It's not hard but will probably take the better part of a day to do it completely, you may want to also take pictures of the Vacuum and electrical lines so they don't get mixed up when putting it back together. You'll also need a new head gasket, intake manifold gaskets, exhaust manifold gasket, coolant and oil, a torque wrench, and silicone sealant.
