How do you properly seafoam a Buick Regal?

it is a 91 with the 3.1 v6.
what i mean is which vacuum line do i suck it through? should i pour it in the crankcase and gas tank? do i need to change the oil and spark plugs when done? can i drive with it mixed in the oil?
