how do you post a mobile video to your profile on facebook?

I took a video with my phone and its on facebook and everything, but i need to know how to like put it on my profilee like you do music or anything. help please
 
You can send it via MMS from your phone. Facebook actually provides with a unique email address specifically for posting content on your profile. To know your unique upload email, go to Account > Account Settings > Mobile and click on the link that says go to Facebook Mobile. Anything you send to your unique email address will automatically be posted to your profile.
