How do you use the DField and PPlane programs (which can be accessed at the above website)?
My differential equations professor told us to use the programs in our homework. After we find a general solution, we're supposed to draw a direction field and plot a few trajectories of the system.

Here's an example: (It's a matrix.)

x' = [1 -2
3 -4] x

My solution:

x = (c1)[1,1]e^(-t) + (c2)[2,3]e^(-2t)
With the "[1,1]" and "[2,3]" actually being matrices going vertically. (I'm having trouble formatting it on the computer!)

So now I need to use the program to come up with a graph at the previously mentioned website, but I don't know how.

Thanks.
