I want to build model cars...
The last one I built... I tried to Paint it candy apple red (gold base coat, then transparent red) the color came out amazing, but there is a bumpy texture, the texture feels kinda like sandpaper.
How do I flatten it?
If I sand a white model car, do I need to spray primer first? (talking plastic ones here and enamel paint)
Do I HAVE to apply a clear-coat? Money is kinda tight and the car will likely just stay on my shelf. I may do a clear-coat later in life, sometime after the recession.
And is spray paint cheaper at autozone or micheals?
