How do you outline drawings on Sumopaint.com? Help please!!?

Okay, I want to put one of my drawings up onto sumopaint.com and then edit it to look something like this:

As in how it looks like it was drawn in ink. I draw in pencil, so I want to erase what looks like pencil and make it look more professional and in ink. How do I outline my drawings on sumopaint.com to look like that?

Also, for a little bonus, can someone explain to me how I can color my pictures on sumopaint to make them look like this?:
