Lol good lord that sounds like its going to get complex. I would recommend not opening a laptop to clean the fan unless it is one you know very well or that you know is easy to open.
How ever this does not solve your problem, (the dusty CPU fan) the best way to clean the fan would be to buy a can of compressed air (about $5-$10 US) and put it in the side of the computer, in the intake grill, and just repeatedly do this for 30-60 seconds. A load of dust will come flying out so do this outside.
There problem solved, you got like 95% of the dust out of the fan with out opening the laptop, problem solved.
