how do you open the gas cap of mazda miata?

I believe in the console, it's a loop thing you pull up on. I know for early miatas that was how to do it.

They may have moved it into the glove box though.

It is more of a lever located at the back of the center console, and there is also a back up release inside the trunk on the left hand side.

A lady at a gas station asked me:" he you are a boy you should know this, how do you open the gas cap. I want to fill up."
I didn't know. There was no button near the door, I pushed everywhere on the gas cap. It wouldn't open. Does anyone know or has a picture of how to open the gas cap of a 1999 or so Mazda Miata.
Man...I feel less of a man because I didn't know (sarcastic). I think it's very stupid of women to think that men know everything about cars. It's like asking women about cooking. Not all women know how to cook. And my future wife has to know how to cook Persian (Iranian) food. Thanks
