I tried to install the "VideoCam Suite 2.0" it cam with but get a message "This application does not support this service pack". I tried to click and drag from "My Computer" but I only get the video not the audio. Do you have to use the VideoCam Suite 2.0 software? Can you not just use the computer? Using HP laptop with Vista? Someone must have answers?
