how do you mount 17" rims on 195/65/R14 tires?

i have a bmw 325e and i want to know how would you mount 17" on it? i have 195/65/R14 so i need to know what you need to mount the rims on my car.
i need to know where i can get the spacers to do it. anyone know cheap prices?
