How do you mold a SHOCKDOCTOR mouthgaurd?

I know that you have to use hot water and something else, but this is an Adult sized mouthgaurd (pink to be exact) that needs to be molded to my mouth. I am using it for basketball if that helps. It's ShockDoctor brand if that helps.

Please, I am despereate!
