How do you mod Dawn of War squad cap, weapon limits, etc.?

Basically, I want to know how to set how many troops are allowed in a squad, how many of each weapon they can take, for things like the guard command squad, how many leader-type units they can take, etc. How do I go about doing this? This seems pretty simple to me, I would assume there's just a number in a file somewhere that could be changed pretty easily?
