How do you merge 3 TIFF files into 1 single file on a mac 10 pts!!! Right Away?

It has to be put in a single file, and must stay as TIFF format. I have to send this to my teacher online. I have 3 scanned images that are TIFF format. They are all individual files. How can I merge them into 1 file. I tried sending all 3 and I can only send one. I tried putting them in one folder and having the .tif extension after the name but I couldn't send it. So what can I do?
