How do you make your body composition better quickly?

i do not want to do anything hard and complex i wanna do things simple(my brother has weights that i can use under parents/his supervision) so i wanna know if theres a suggestion with those(also i haave a basketball hoop which i really like) Sooooo what is a fast way that is not too hard like basketball/sports :)
