How do you make this type of leaflet in Microsoft Publisher?

I need to make a leaflet in microsoft publisher of this description:
?the inner pages (3-6) must form a removable insert:
?pages 4 and 5: an A4 poster
?pages 3 and 6: may be left blank (back of poster)
?the outer pages (1-2 and 7-8) must form a four-page leaflet worth keeping
