How do you make links like this, I've seen it on a lot of other sites:
On my website, I have a Frequently Asked Questions page.
Let's say that I have 4 paragraphs on the page, going down the page. The first paragraph (paragraph A) is at the top, the second paragraph (paragraph B) is below that. Paragraph C is like in the middle, and Paragraph D is at the bottom.
On the home page (the main page) for my website, I want to link to each paragraph separately. Like on the main page, there will be 4 links, each link leads to one of those paragraphs. Like if you click on the link for Paragraph D, it will take you to the FAQ page, but it will scroll down the page so the person who clicked on the link is looking right at Paragaph D, they arent automatically at the top of the page.
