How do you make salted Eel (fish) in Harvest Moon?

In Harvest Moon: Animal Parade- I'm trying to make salted fish of some sort- but I don't know how- Ii checked the recipes but it doesn't tell me. Is it just plain fish? How can I make it salted D:

Thank you >< I think making salted fish is the same in all Harvest Moon games, not sure.
