How do you make Rogers offer you a better plan?

Tell them you want to cancel your service and then they'll transfer you to their resolution department and offer you a good deal on data or something.
I did the same with Fido, but again I switched to Wind because they couldn't beat Wind.

I'm getting an iphone, but I don't want to pay $50 a month. I negotiated them town to $42 how can I make then offer a lower price (maybe around $35) I don't really need all their 200 minutes, call waiting and that stuff.
Help Please! :)
(If you're paying $35 with Rogers iPhone please tell me how!)
