How do you make parkour/free running a sport in a city?

Me and my friend are trying to make parkour a sport in Berea but we're having trouble. How do you do it?
 
well first of all try making a team.. like gather a few extra friends that might be interested and just go down town and do stunts.. but you also want to be somewhat good so people actually notice..especially in public places where there is a great number of people to form a crowd...
