How do you make Google Chrome save pages as HTML by default?

Every time I want to save a webpage in HTML format I click CONTROL + S to get to the save options menu but instead of just being able to click 'save now', I have to change the default setting which is to save the 'Entire Website' (which creates a folder non-HTML files) and an HTML file, but I would like 'Save Only HTML' to be my default.
 
i have the same problem and i searched many sited but none have the solution

maybe a custom java script?

firefox can do this things but firefox is just to damn slow and freezing
delays on typeing,scrolling,moving to new tab ..everything (especially while watching videos)
