I've been making friendship bracelets recently, and know how to make any bracelet using a pattern (flat with a picture or design), but I've never found a place that says how to make bracelets with the raised patterns like in the bracelets in this picture http://img.alibaba.com/photo/104777617/100_FRIENDSHIP_BRACELETS_WHOLESALE_LOT_Handmade_Peru.jpg. I especially want to make one like the one on the far right. Any directions or a link to a tutorial would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
