While I would love nothing more than a happy healthy long term relationship, such has yet to happen so Ive just been settling for the casual scene. Its better than nothing, but the problem is I start liking the person and theyre never cool with that. Thats what always blows it.

Well if you are with a person for casual sex, then the person is going to want only casual sex. And if you start to like them and want something more, well, it's your fault. That was not the agreement.

If casual sex is hurting you, then don't do it anymore.

Well, you sound like someone I know. Here's the deal, first impression is the deal maker or breaker. When you meet someone and go on that first date, the things you talk about will let you know if he may be someone that you can have a long term relationship with. Now if you don't ask the right questions then you may end up lost in the end. You should ask things like, "would you prefer a one-night-stand or a long term relationship?" The answer to the question may help you not get too disappointed. Nothing is guaranteed but at least you know up front what to expect if you ask the right questions.

I don't think you should settle for something that's causing you pain. Maybe go places where you'll meet someone that you can have a long term relationship with. Or ask a friend to set you up with someone, you can't just have casual flings forever so try and start now. You might meet someone awesome :)

Why do you have to have casual sex with every Tom, Dick, and Harry. Don't you have any idea of the ramifications of this? Men will use you if you allow it, after awhile you name is passed on and you will be considered a has been that no one needs or wants to be with. You haven't had pain until you end up with Aids. Rethink your habits. Good luck.
