Okay I'm having quite a bit of trouble with this. You see I can color things sure but I've seen other people make some colors glow, making it very bright. I know there must be some kind of trick to it. I asked my friend how she did it once, and she told me to get a new layer and then do something to it. I don't remember what she said and unfortunately I cannot contact her. If you know what I'm talking about and you know how to do it I would really appreciate you answering this. Thanks!
