How do you make a visual novel in Flash?

Hey, I want to make a visual novel. These are also known as 'Dating Sims' (if they involve romance). I know there are specific programs to making said games (like Ren'Py and Blade), but I want to make one in Flash, so I can have some mini-games, movies, and such in it. I'm wondering if anyone could send me a link to a tutorial or something, because I can't find any. That would be wonderful! Thank you for helping!

I have Macromedia Flash 8.
