how do you make a photo like this?

any websites you know that i can do that on?
because thats the only way and i need it for a project.

This is actually NOT that hard. If you wanted to have only one item in color and everything else B&W, it's harder. In the sample you showed the yellow is still there throughout the image, but everything else is muted. Piece of cake.

Check this out. Maybe you can do this on-line somewhere. If you download Picasa, I know you can adjust saturations, so you can probably just follow the same directions and get the result you want.

I use Photo shop and just select the portions I want in color and then change them.
 
yuo have to have photoshop and its like 500 to 700 just for the program and its not that hard it just takes time
