how do you make a photo id picture for yourself on ENV3 phone(verizon)?

how do you put a phot id picture for yourself on the env3 phone? like you know if you are texting and such and you can put a picture for that person like
itll say me(and then a blank person)
and then person's name(thier photo)
how do you make it so that you have your own photo id of yourself?
im not conceited or anything i just want one bc i have a picture for most people in my phone
