Okay there is not a lot of info. you've given me to work with. Did you draw it in Illustrator with a tablet? Is it a sketch you scanned in? Is it a bunch of lines and shapes that are grouped? Have you tried editing it in Photoshop? Please let me know what type of image it is and the type of Illustrator you have so I can try to help you.
