My friend and i have to do a science project where we create a toy that moves by a fluid. (ie water or air). We have to be able to control what direction it moves in (remote?) and we were think a hovercraft, unless it is really hard. Any ideas? We were thinking we would make it for those "Littlest Pet Shop" toys, so it should be able to carry one or two of those. My friend wants it to be able to go underwater, and I want it to fly. Is it possible to make it do both????
