How do you made a sales call to existing clients previously managed by others?

Dear all, I am new salesguy in a small Audio Visual company. Thanks to the abrupt leave of the previous sales person, there is no senior guy to guide me.

So i wish to call up our existing clients managed by our previous salesperson but what do i say? Introduce myself? Can anyone point me in the correct direction?
