I already started going to them gym last year because it was conveniently down the street and I went from 210 pounds to 176 but now since I moved away Im forced to exercise at home. That's my downfall.... Im a couch potato. I sit, watch t.v., and play games alot. Its hard to STAY FOCUSED.
I don't have any gym equipment or exercise equipment so i looked up some at home workouts and they all involve wasting my entire day doing painful exercises. I have a life and I dont wanna waste it sitting at home doing 10 sets of a million reps. Is there any way to get a for lack of better words (ripped) physique without killing yourself and your life?
P.S. is there anything else besides water that i could drink on the dieting part?
